Abstract
  • A brief look into vegan and vegetarian diets as potential eating positive healthy diet plans to help people with type 2 diabetes, which is a growing worldwide health problem. A case study of the Asian Indian population is further examined due to the large number of vegetarians and the highest prevalence of diabetes in the world currently.
